“Regarding the crawfish boil - well it was just outstanding.
The overall experience was exactly what I
was looking for and my friends just loved it from the size of pot, boil process, procedure setup,
seasoning etc. Your guys were just awesome. They were very friendly, very knowledgable and extremely
patient with our request. The crawfish were a perfect size and boiled to perfection. While the novices
had to peel every tail completely to get to the meat, I can count the tails I peeled on one hand. The
meat just slipped out. Flavor and seasoning was great and the team did an excellent job laying out and
cleaning up everything. It was stress free for me and I could concentrate on eating :-) and somewhat
tending to my guests. I was a little disappointed, as about 10 guests cancelled on me in the end and was
concerned about the amount of leftovers, but that's where you got to love good Southern families who
come to your rescue. So after my breakfast serving, as I'm a lover of boiled crawfish leftovers, we hit
the road to Henderson and my family kicked off a peeling marathon. The leftovers are now frozen in
vacuum packages ready for an ettouffee Mardi Gras reunion later this year here in Switzerland. My
friends from Switzerland will forever remember an amazing traditional Louisiana crawfish boil thanks to Crawdaddy's!!! The event was
outstanding and you deserve the recognition. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the

"Upper Lafayette’s annual spring Crawfish Boil has grown in
popularity since we began this tradition in
2008. I believe the main reason is the delicious crawfish and
sides prepared each year for us by Seth
Citron and his team at Crawdaddy’s! Without fail, the crawfish
has been perfectly seasoned and the crowd
has been wowed by the quality of the preparation.
My personal reason for hiring Crawdaddy’s is quite simple: Seth has never let me down. I know that when
